Warwickshire Police HQ in Leek Wootton to be Sold

Warwickshire Police Headquarters have been in Leek Wootton since 1949. BBC News run a report today (20 Jan) confirming, that the Leek Wootton Police HQ will be sold to make savings (£20m are needed). I wonder how much it is worth? It seems the force HQ is moving south as Kenilworth housed the HQ in 1884 (with a brief stop to Warwick), Leek Wootton (from 1949) and now it's Leamington bound when Woodcote, (the Police HQ House) closes.
