g+ Circles

So about these Circles, I go to Circles > find people select all and drag the lot to my following Circle, that now makes 1,164 people. I have no idea if that's the right thing to do, but I want to know what others are posting and who is pushing G+ to it's extremes - even at this early stage it it's development.

So, what do you do? I live in Warwickshire, UK and use twitter for my local website www.whatsinKenilworth.com but see G+ as a much wider audience. I was really pleased with my first hangout as linked with +Parker Atwood Utah, US and +Ranjit Bhalerao in India.
